From Hacker to Entrepreneur. A story of mountains and chasms.
I started my career with an internship at a local company in Karachi in 2015. That was the first and only job that i ever did. If you are here, you probably know about me and who i am. I have had a brief but blessed career in cyber security, but i was always known as a hacker, in the beginning the title “3rd ranked bug bounty hunter” felt appealing but as years passed by, it was sign of stagnancy. Despite of having many ventures failed and continuing in belt, I was never recognized for my entrepreneurial contributions until a week ago when i was awarded Entrepreneur of the year at GiSec Global, a premier cyber security conferences aiming to be one of the largest.
In 2016, i founded Cyphlon, a cybersecurity company dedicated to providing innovative solutions to protect individuals and organizations from online threats, that ended in a disaster. Then came Veiliux was founded from the Ashes, than Authiun, than Dark. And now Speeqr. It has been rocky road till here, I am still an entrepreneurial student with former and later failures under my belt.
But being presented with an award from Head of Cyber Security UAE and the Former Director of the Pentagon is surely something i want to share with the world.
